Software License Agreement
1. General Provisions
1.1. This License Agreement («License») sets forth the conditions of use for the “Tekken 6 Installer” Software, version for Windows and is concluded between any person using the Software («User»), and the developer of tekken6pcfans.site, who is the owner of the exclusive rights in the Software («Right Holder»).
1.2. By copying and installing the Software on his/her personal device the User expresses his/her complete and express acceptance of these terms.
1.3. The Software may be used under the terms of this License only. 2. Grant of License

2.2. The license includes the right to install and use the Software solely for the purpose of providing a preview of available games, directing the user to purchase the full versions of the games.
3. License Restrictions
3.1. The Licensee is not permitted to:
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
- Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws.
- Distribute the Software to third parties without the written consent of the Licensor.
3.2. The Licensee must protect the Software from unauthorized access and use.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All intellectual property rights to the Software, including copyrights, trademarks, and database rights, belong to the Licensor.
4.2. The Licensee does not acquire any rights to the Software other than those expressly granted by this Agreement.
5. Liability
5.1. The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
5.2. The Licensee agrees to indemnify the Licensor against any third-party claims resulting from the Licensee’s breach of this Agreement.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. This Agreement is effective from the date the Licensee accepts its terms and remains in effect until terminated.
6.2. The Licensee may terminate the Agreement at any time by removing the Software from their devices.
6.3. The Licensor may terminate the Agreement in case of a breach of its terms by the Licensee.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing to be valid.
7.2. Matters not covered by this Agreement are governed by the laws of USA.
7.3. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Licensor’s principal office.
8. Acceptance of Agreement
8.1. The Licensee accepts this Agreement by installing and using the Software.
